Preview of Update 2 (Version 1.0.2)

Now that we have our first update out in the wild (dropping the iOS version to 4.2.6) it’s time to think about what we want to add next. In the forthcoming V1.0.2 update you will get all this additional goodness:

GL 1.0 support
Optimised, shader-free graphics to support the 2nd generation iPod Touch. The game will work on the iPhone 3G but performance is significantly worse than the 2nd gen Touch, so we do not recommend playing the game on an iPhone 3G. Also the 3G has no game centre support, so you wouldn’t be able to post scores and enter our competitions… Sorry guys. Get a new phone already!

Performance improvements & fixes
We have had reports of framerate hitches in some situations. This update should fix those, and a few other minor issues as well

Updated Animations
There are some very sexy new flourish animations to reward you for combos and bonus rounds.

Minimum iOS Version
Min OS now 4.2.1
